I had an emergency situation while visiting Florida from CT. It was very difficult to just work with another dentist and practice on a whim. Dr. Lori and staff immediately earned my trust. The staff is caring and efficient.
Dr. Lori explained and showed me the issues with my broken tooth. Her injection technique is amazing! I have never had a dentist inject Novocain like her. I felt absolutely no discomfort. I cringe when I have to go to the dentist, and I found the entire procedure to go so smoothly.
I needed a filling for a cavity and a crown. It was a time-consuming process. Dr. Lori is professional, compassionate, and not only has a great technique but, in my opinion, she is a protectionist and an artist. My temporary crown feels like my natural tooth. It even fits my Invisalign perfectly.
I am grateful for an amazing outcome. I give Dr. Lori and My Sparkling Smile a 10 rating.

I had a very nice experience at Sparkling Smile thanks to Lori and her team. The vibe is good and care is great. In fact, yesterday's was the gentlest ever and most professional hygienic cleaning I've received. Especially important -- and all too rare around here -- is an ethic to key the services to the patient's needs rather than to the office's economic performance. Sarasotans will do well to patronize Dr Conrad because they can be confident that they will not receive inflated diagnoses that incur unnecessary costs. Their treatment will be in their own hands, aided by the helpful counsel of the doctor and her team.

Dr Conrads's staff is great. Everyone working together like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs.
