Dr. Lori Conrad is a second generation private practice dentist. She grew up in Richmond, Kentucky. She knew from a young age that she wanted to become a dentist and live in Florida. In 2013, she took the Florida Dental Board at University of Florida in Gainesville and made that dream become a reality. She is a loving and fun mother of two sons, Lucas (9) and Ryan (6). Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors, training for triathlons, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats during basketball season, hiking

and biking nature trails, camping with the cub scouts, dancing, and running. She loves exploring new places and spending her free time outdoors.
EDUCATION:
Dr. Conrad, graduated from Model Laboratory School in 2000, Bachelors degree in Biology from Transylvania University in 2004, and Doctorate in Dental Medicine in 2008 from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. While in dental school, she was given the nickname, “Sparkles!” In 2013, she decided to further her education, and completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Kentucky and VA Medical Center in Lexington Kentucky. During her residency, she gained additional training in sleep dentistry (IV Conscious Sedation), Implant placement and restoration, oral surgery, geriatric dental care, emergency and hospital based dentistry as well as treating patients with special needs.
